I am looking for some ideas on how a company organize their PPC campaign to generate more traffic. If you can explain me few things like, how to select keywords, how to decide budget etc then I will be thankful to you.

Generally, big giants hire someone in-house expert to manage their campaigns or hire an individual or an agency to work on a contract basis. So, basically you should have asked that how an individual or an agency manage the accounts for big companies.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish, knowing that would be helpful. I own and operate quite a few ecommerce sites, we've already spent over a million on adwords in the last few years. I've learned a whole lot of useful tips and tricks from my management company, but I also learned that you ultimate goal will determine how you organize your PPC campaign.

Also yo can check out redflymarketing tutorial on youtube they also have a great series in order to jumpstart with adwords.

Using the (TM) or (R) on branded kws has provided a boost in CTR for many of our ads in a recent test. Really, any special characters, aside from the overused "!" have helped differentiate our ads from the competition and given us an immediate boost. Our style is quite aggressive, and there are a few more suggestions I can make on your campaign. Below is my contact info. Email me (or give me a quick call)! Thanks and good luck! 256-398-3835

Reported. Self promotion like that just looks like spam.

they outsource it to agencies etc. While some agencies get it crowdsourced.

I've done a course on PPC. Its all about relevancy. Your ad copy and landing page should be highly relevant to the keyword. Tightly group the keywords together based on relevancy. Also, ensure you set up goal codes so you can track your click through and conversions. Hope this helps.
