How best to seed original content?

Any private tracker websites that particularly welcome source (original content) creators that create new work each week and want to share via torrenting? How would you share your work widely, if you are the content creator? The created files would typically be MP4 and about 90Mb size with new one each week. It seems many leechers would like to get new source files to seed to improve their seed ratio. Anyone interested in seeding such files? Which torrent clients are especially good for seeding or focused on seeding? All input appreciated.
