Thank you for replying. I am very green in this space, yet my why is massive.
I’d like to create a Facebook business page offering free clothing design files, artwork, e books etc, boost this Facebook page and then create revenue off the traffic passing through my Facebook site. I’ve tried Linkvertise yet discovered that in order for people to be redirected to my free Facebook page, they would need to pay a fee to Linkvertise or wait an hour to use the link which totally ruined any chance of success my idea has.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Select Monetization.
Here, you'll see the monetization programs and professional tools available in pro mode.
If your profile is eligible for a monetization tool, when you select a tool (e.g. Stars), you'll see instructions for setting it up.
If your profile isn't eligible for monetization, you'll see Not Eligible above the list of monetization tools. Note: Click on a tool to see the criteria you need to meet to use it.

I think you can create your services and post ads on Facebook to attract traffic. After you have a file of followers, start your business
