Ever felt so low that you didn’t know what to do next with your life? Like completely lost?

If yes, how long did it take you to bounce back? You recovered fully from that?

I think my OCD hits me harder again.. Just sharing it here so I can feel little relaxed.

Hope to get those happy days back... And, I have something to convey my fellow members here, Please take care of your mental health over anything.

Well well... the world ain't all sunshine and rainbows

It can really suck at times but there's always something that makes you get up and keep going.

So yeah... "I got the van" :)

Man, i once hit such a low point i tried to manifest success by just napping aggressively. Spoiler- it didn't work- but at least i was well rested. On a real note though, thanks for the reminder. Mental health > Hustle. You'll bounce back stronger. Just give yourself time.

No matter how dark things feel right now, you're still going – and that’s a small victory each day. Recovery isn’t a straight line, but every step you take matters. Even if you don’t feel happy yet, you’re getting closer to it

Yeah, been there—it’s a heavy place to be, but you’re not alone. Healing isn’t always fast, but little steps every day do add up. And you’re right—mental health comes before everything. Wishing you strength and brighter days ahead .

Hey Bro, am doing Great! How about you?

Gone are the days, I felt completely lost and attempted suicide as well.. later, I realized that as winds of change.. Just because someone stumbles and loses their path, doesn't mean they're lost forever..

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things could fall together..

My Life is Better Now.

Life is hard lately anxiety attack and I feel drain but here I am, still here because no matter how hard the situation was, it will pass naturally, we humans just overthink things so much and that's what makes us feel like were doing something right towards on our goals. Heads up fellas you got this!!

yes, actually just recently I kept getting involved in these serious trauma loops where I put myself in situations that I shouldn't put myself in because I wanted to help people. I finally decided to just stop doing that and make sure that I only help myself by laying out some ground rules about how I'm going to conduct business at both my personal and professional levels.

Life, since I've done this, it seems that the world is opening up new opportunities every single day and I couldn't be happier. Make sure you are laying out clear ground rules for how you want the world to interact with you. Make sure you speak these words out loud because manifestation is real.

Been struggling with burnout for years now and it's not getting easier. Even easy work feels rough and you sort of have to push through. At least I have time for myself I guess...

it gets better. no matter how bad it is the storm will pass often sooner than you'd expect it

Appreciate you sharing this. Mental health really is everything. Stay strong, better days do come.

People on the internet tend to only show the good part of their lives. As if it's sunshine every time. Lot of fellas think they're losers because their lives don't look like this. But we gotta remember that bad times occur for everyone. Its completely okay to feel sad. After every storm there comes a rainbow next

Used to hit me quite often, but then I discovered I am quite happy learning new stuff.

I think it’s important to find genuine and innocent happiness. I know “You’ll be fine” is not comforting enough, but know that you will be.

Hey, your not alone. I hit those low points too where nothing made sense, and it took me months to get back on track. Just remember, it can get better, even if progress feels slow. Respect for opening up here , sending you strength.

I wanna believe I'm okay, but I know I'm not and I guess that's okay. We really need a strong support group, and good think I kinda have that.
