Meta's been doing that for Facebook semi-frequently these days. Truth be told though, none of my mates in the greater EU have this problem. Usually it's associates operating within India or other parts of SEA that I'd often hear storms about. It's a limited sample size so hard to make any inference besides what immediately stands out though. Need more data on that.
