I just wanted to ask if how you structure you Ideas if you write them down and which Software you use to visualize your ideas for yourself or others who work with you.

I figured out just having the Ideas in my brain isn‘t a great Idea because I forget the whole idea or important parts fast. I started using conceptboard (a web app) which stores everything on their cloud and allows working together with others.

I‘m hoping to get some ideas from here how to maybe work more efficient.

Writing down your ideas and concept and sharing them with others may not be the best thing to do.
You wanna channel your ideas via a blog, videos , stream or a podcast. This will give the ownership of your ideas and consept to you.

Notepad does the job

If you're concerned about sharing your ideas, Google docs will help.
Your team members can edit them accordingly.

I don‘t want to share my ideas with the public just with people I‘m working with but primarily I want to structure my own ideas for me

I really liked the Idea in concept board to visualize connections between work steps I have to do. It displays the structure of projects better for me

Usually, in any form of business (you name the niche/industry), it's better to:
1. Put the main idea in words (what you know and like about it);
2. Do the SWOT analysis;
3. Research who are the competitors and what do they do, in order to get more sales.

I cannot think a way simpler than this.
