How are you scheduling posts on Instagram?

Where is the scheduling for Canva? Is it in the app
I don't use canva, just curious to know if they have an API from Instagram to post.

canva has a content planning schedule. Idk if it’s visible to me because I’m on pro but I think it’s open to everyone. The only downside is that you have to create the images in canva itself to upload it (based on my minimal time spent tinkering on the website). My workout around was to create a new canva poster for each pre existing image I wanted to post.
also you have to post Facebook and Instagram separately in the calendar for canva but you can just duplicate your post and change the channel on the second one to Facebook

Hootsuite is great for scheduling social media post.

facebook creator studio is really easy to use. You can also schedule your posts on facebook too. The preparation part is very easy and never fails when you post

Use socialit.io. They've got an option to link just your Instagram account without Facebook. Or use gramto.com.
