How are you getting offline clients? - Methods

Depends how you want your business to run... you didn't mention anything about whether they're both in the same city/region - maybe one of them could be in a smaller city and the other could be in the larger one next to them.

If they're both in the exact same city/area then whoever will pay more gets my business... I don't think it would be smart to grab both in the same industry as you're competing against yourself and only 1 can be top

Are you saying its okay to have multiple client in same industry?

There is more than one spot on a SERP or 7-pack. Push both of them to the top, maybe even have them switch places once in a while. They are going to benefit massively anyways. You can even use this to increase your percieved value, since obviously someone is investing a lot of effort to fight you.

Amazingly I have had previous success with ALL the methods shared in this thread but I have a few others as well.

To name a few I currently use:
Craigslist ads - low budget option/inconsistent results/great for starters

Linkedin advertising- costly/higher profile clients

Referrals-pure awesome/requires friends and family with connections or previous clients

Direct mailing- mediocre results/great first form of contact other than cold calling/ semi pricey for materials and postage

Really you have to break out of your social bubble if you ever want to win the offline game. Either way you will be doing the face to face stuff or you will have to interview and train an individual to handle it and that requires speaking to another human being ;)

Some great ideas here. Definitely the hardest part is just getting business owners to take the time to meet with you and listen to what you have to say. Many have no idea how much you could actually help them and how much money you could make them.
