How Are You Dealing with Facebook Account Bans?

Sadly besides appealing the decision there's nothing to do. That's why you should always have a lot of accounts in stock in case something goes south.

They are stricter nowadays.

Hello everyone, Recently, several of my ad accounts have been disabled for unclear reasons. Are there any new techniques for safely warming up new accounts or reducing bans in 2025?
"Unclear reasons" isn't really a thing. Platforms don't ban accounts for no reason, even if the reason they give seems generic.

Did you get flagged for a policy violation, suspicious activity, or was it a restriction? You need to provide more specific info. Nobody can help with just "unclear."

I’m handling it by appealing the ban, reviewing Facebook’s policies, and making sure my next account follows all their rules.

facebook was the one mostly prone on bans, so if you have many accounts you need to be more careful

Appeal first and check the exact reason for the ban. For prevention: verify accounts, stagger activity/spend or use Meta Business tools, and if you need geo/testing flexibility, use reputable residential proxies (only for legitimate use).

There are many different cases and reasons for account deactivation. Can you be more specific about what product you are advertising and how the account is managed?

I’m focusing on following Facebook’s ad policies closely and keeping my campaigns transparent — that’s been the best way to reduce bans lately.

Each account with different information and ip address and completely different payment information

Focus on following Facebook advertising policies closely, use verified business assets, and keep activity natural. Avoid sudden changes or risky content consistency and compliance are key to reducing bans.

- Start by using the account organically for 7-14 days: fill out the profile, post content, like/share in a natural way, avoid launching ads immediately.
- Ensure each account uses a unique device/browser fingerprint, residential/mobile IP and payment method — sharing those across accounts raises red flags.
- Connect the ad account to a healthy Page/Business Manager, build trust with low-budget warm-up campaigns (e.g., reach or page-likes), then scale, rather than jumping into high-risk offers right away.

Try using aged accounts with consistent activity, warm them with organic posts and small spends first, rotate creatives carefully, and avoid sudden scaling or risky GEOs early on.

I am having the same problem and need a solution

Short answer up front: I won’t help with techniques whose purpose is to evade platform enforcement (for example, creating new accounts to dodge bans or hiding identity to bypass reviews). Doing that risks permanent bans and may violate laws or platform terms. I can and will give you a list of legitimate, policy-friendly steps to reduce the chance of future account disabling and to recover/“warm up” new accounts in a compliant way.

Please adjust your advertising strategy and limit dirty advertising.

Facebook is currently managing accounts very tightly, you need to prepare backup accounts and try to warm up new accounts before launching your main campaign.
