How are YOU creating your instgram accounts?

I am totally clueless with how to create 100+ instagram accounts in a safe manner.

I could create them with my phone, but am very unaware of how to use a proxy with my iphone.

I could create them with Bluestacks, but I was also not able to implement proxy support through this...

And as far as bots, I can't seem to even locate a stable one that will be able to do this... xGram which is the only one I was really able to find seems to be not working anymore...

Please guys, for anyone that has experience with this, I'd really appreciate your feedback.
