Those are real AdSense ads with that ad.google something url in inspect element.
I will not tell domain of any of those sites will just hint that piracy sites and sites those promote themselves on torrents and put link to same torrent file as file sharing link on their site use those link shorteners and file sharing sites respectively.
Enough of hinting, now I want answer how can they (those link shorteners and file sharing sites used) use AdSense.
Don't just tell me they use cloaking. Tell me how can they trust cloaking so much and for so much time that they use it consistently on a bigger platform. They might be using custom script which helps them save some money and have trust in their script to cloak.
What do you think which cloaking is better
