hello, I think you also saw dozen of fake Instagram accounts spamming on comments adult websites links

example: https://www.instagram.com/gery.it/

my question is: how do they earn money?

Maybe adult CPA? That's what I can think of, or maybe they are redirecting traffic to their girls on a camsite.

Just dummy accounts that last for a couple of days.
