how are they doing it??? (views)

okay so i clicked on one of my friends videos,
a video she added 3 weeks ago has 19,781 views yet she only has 34 subscribers,
another one of my friends started a new account yesterday !
0 subscribers and his video had over 1k views in the first hour of uploading...
another one of my friends has 200 subscribers she uploaded a video yesterday it now has over 4k views yet a video she uploaded last week has been stuck on 201 for 5 days now... so it's obvi she was refreshing

but how are they managing to over ride the other videos... ???

when i ask they swear down they are not doing anything off the book, but how are their videos managing to get such high views with hardly any subscribers and are not getting stuck?

this is doing my head in, so if anyone knows anything please share

I was joking.
Theres even people with lame vids that have only been up 1 day and have over 100k views, its unbelieveable

yea but youtube has abled us to see the Satistics and the videos are not linked to any web pages and/or emb players...

this is whats annoying about it, and the videos are just things that hundreds of other people have uploaded before (old music videos and picture slidesows) not that exciting huh

but yeahi'm sure there off the book to because the video with nearly 20K views only has like 18 ratings :s

i mean my videos with 300 views have more than 18 ratings so

i did it it only brings up 3 links on google... for the 20k view video
for the one that managed over 1k views in the first hour with no subs only has one link
