How are these sites done?

Hey guys,

I saw these 2 sites and I see they are made with the same tool/templateplatform and I wonder if you could just know how are they done.

I found them in Flippa and they sell for quite a bit. I hope you could give me a clue about the platform in wich they are running.

This is an addon you can use in Firefox to determine what most sites operate on;

Also, it is always a possibility of someone having handwritten the whole site, in this case that would be quite a feat.

I installed this Addon for FF but it doesn't sow something known.

It must be a commercial script new enough to not show as a known tool.

very interesting samples
i believe that it is a custom platform, i have the same consept but with another design.

I would like to know if that script is for sale. I really liked to try it out in a website of mine.

check out stats of this guy selling this website.he builds a site and next day sells it for 400-1200..all same ones,just different domains,and ppl are buying it like crazy.he must have made atleast 5-6k in 3 months now.

All his sites are only a few weeks old with very little domain age.. you can check the quality of any site by typing the url in websitegrader.com .. this will give you a complete overral report on the quality of the site..
