How Are These Guys Getting Massive Traffic?

There are 2 sites: reyezr.com and vidurp.com and I went to similarweb and looking up their rapid ascension in the world of traffic and I can't make heads or tails since their traffic is "direct".

So you think these are adware sites? Seems to make sense now that you say it. It's just so impressive how they pull this off.
