How are these channels monetized?

I was researching channels and found a lot of new youtube channels that reupload interviews of famous people like Warren Buffet, Jordan Peterson or Elon Musk.
They keep the entire audiotrack and add some stock footage to the video.

Is it worth replicating this? as it seems to be pretty easy and cheap to create this kind of content
