How are people making these AI-generated vids?

Does anyone know what tool people are using to automate the generation of videos like these/have recommendations? I have tried kapwing for a 1-minute video, and it is decent apart from a few irrelevant pictures (which I would guess are quite easy to replace), but my main problem is that it is quite expensive for very limited credits. Capcut seems decent too and maybe a bit more reasonable price-wise, but the pictures and text-to-speech narration quality were pretty bad.

That's it, if you try to replicate removing the human touch, your video will probably sucks, at leat that's the current situation in 2025, without human edition, just relying 100% on AI to pick random images, it will not pick relevant images in many cases. I think in a few years it will be possible to do that automatically, but for now, it still sucks

Would just be kind of nice to have an end-to-end software to make it easy to churn out NPC content, you know? One thing I liked about kapwing was the background music & transition/slow zoom effects. But I should probably just work on my editing skills to be faster ngl

Honestly, go for custom AI video generators especially if you know your way around that sort of thing since a custom pipeline is more scalable and cheaper long term. That said, it could just be because I have a heavy preference for proprietary software vs commercially available ones. Who knows.
Anyway, OpenAI's Sora and Runway ML are both quite good but for what you need, consider Runway or maybe Pika.

Also for video editing, I also second Capcup. Or for more options, the Adobe one specifically made for Shorts and such is also worth looking into. If all else, Premiere Pro is pretty solid.
