How are people effectively promoting e-cigarette websites online?

E-cig's seems like an interesting niche, but with Adwords not allowing e-cigarette websites, does that just leave SEO and affiliate programs left to promote an e-cig ecommerce website?

There are ways around this Adwords problem.. But, for the most part, yes most sites are either using affiliate programs and doing their own SEO to rank

There are many other keywords people are using that will get passed Adwords, do some research on the market if you actually want to enter it.
