How are people doing this?

I found people doing this on ig - they were spamming one picture on an account with an affliate link. The comments would tag users with the @ so they would see it in their notification. Is there a tagging bot?

There is a bot for everything out there. My profiles get spam posts alll the god damn time they search for key words. I have to remove them all the time. There not too difficult to make. You could probably use a few already available maybe mass planner uses it cant say i have fiddled around with their comment system yet.

there are many tagging bots, though i don't suggest you try it unless you know what you're doing or you'll get your accounts banned really quick, this is quite an old method and they find you really quick if you keep doing it
