How are channels like these getting away with posting copyrighted content?

Most likely, there's heavy editing (DSLR, zooms, filters) and Fair Use, where the image is just a backdrop for the author's analysis. Or they're using affiliate programs that turn a blind eye to such risks.

most aren't bypassing anything, they rely on fair use by adding heavy commentary, editing, and transformation, plus some slip through until claimed later

Have you tried watching videos on these channels? They use all kinds of funky editing methods, such as even reversing the picture, to avoid detection. To the point where the videos are sometimes almost unwatchable.
They won't last very long, these channels rarely do. They've done well to get to 4 months but I'll be amazed if they got close to the end of the year without being nuked.
Most of them are using edited clips and relying on content id not catching everything right away. Some get claimed later and some channels just cycle until they get hit. Monetizing it long term is risky because one claim wave can kill the whole setup.

They also porobably have access to networks that help them bypass the rules, even if the videos are edited to an extent, like what..

Many content creators today are gambling their careers on the "gray area" of copyright by embedding comments or making technical edits to circumvent automated scanning systems. While they might temporarily slip through the cracks due to fair use principles, this is essentially a fragile existence, waiting for the moment of manual complaint or re-scanning by algorithms. Building a monetization system based on legal loopholes is an extremely risky strategy.

They will not last long. Youtube will find them based on reports from others or through AI check and eliminate them.

Yeah I noticed most of these channels are being ran by people in countries like Vietnam as well
Definitely agree with original content just confused how these guys were casually monetizing copyrighted content that's all
