Sorry but these were like 4 years ago and I remember that I stopped writing for most of them because they didn't need more articles. But I believe you can have a nice email list after about 2 hours of searching on Google

Every time I visit BHW I see new threads popping up where people look for writers.
 
Start on Fiverr. It sucks but the best thing to do is to compete on price in the beginning. After a while you will get some regulars and when you get some reviews, up your price. If you are good your clients will stay. My best writer doubled his price and he is as busy as ever.

If you are on fiverr you can PM me. I have hit my budget for this month, but I do have monthly work and am always looking for writers. Even if it is a few articles at least you can get some reviews.
 
Try search tempest approach, which mines current Craigslist ads, to find freelance or SEO content related ads requesting services.

Thank you for dropping the comment, am using the Google search method with search like 'write for us', but i ended up with webmasters looking for free guest posts.
 
Content mills have continuous work. Once you get approved, you can pick and choose from whatever you want. You might be able to partner with someone who will edit your work to their standards and submit it through their account for a small fee. (Any account holders who consider doing that with any writer, LINE CHECK THE WORK. You can't trust Copyscape these days, and you don't want to find out there's a problem from your clients!)

I've joined iWriter in the past, there seems to be little to no job listings on a daily basis, and upwork couldn't even approve my application, but i'll submit my application again in two or three months.

For Craigslist, am not from the U.S, is there any chance for me?
