How and where a Newbie can post?

i am new here.i know some guideline,not much. that why i want to know where a newbie can post and what exactly a newbie can post .some where i can see that you aren't eligible for thread. also i have to post more that 100 .so which thread will be perfect for a newbie to post and increase the number of post and position .

You can post in all of the forums that you have access to. Just make sure that you post high quality and relevant content and also that you post in the correct sub-forum as it relates to your topic.
