How and What you can "Ask" at Elementor Forum (is on FB)

Unlike in WordPress, whenever you add a New Page, it appears blank., in Elementor, I made some mistakes, deleted everything, then added a New Page ... All what I deleted was back again. Tried many times, same result.

Went to the Help section, joined their Facebook Forum. When I posted the question "How do I create a Blank Page", within seconds it was removed. I tried wording differently yet the same result. (Looks there is bot, which kills the moment it sees How, What, Blank ... words)

Anyone know, what's wrong? I saw their help docs, nothing of my question there. What are we supposed to ask?
