I've been focusing on Facebook for less than a month now. I'm almost to 3000 likes on my page & was wondering how this engagement looks to those of you who are FB veterans.

Now for some questions:

Is there any way to manage invitations sent to like the page? I've had a lot of people like the page after they've liked a photo & I've invited them. There are still a lot of invitations pending, though. Do they count like pending friend requests? Best to keep them to a minimum - or does it matter?

Is there really any benefit to posting to groups or pages? I had one of my sock accounts sharing my posts to several relevant groups, but stopped doing it because I really didn't see any activity & I didn't want my page to end up looking like it was spamming.

What about posting to relevant pages, instead? Is there any benefit - or is it a waste of time?

I've built up 10 FB accounts that I eventually plan to use to share my page content. They are going slow, though out of necessity - building up friends a few a day. My hope is to get enough unique friends across those accounts that when my socks share to their wall, my posts will go mini-viral.

After a share is successful people like your page via the link on the post itself, there is no increase in invites that I know of. The statistics tool shows you exactly where people liked your page, you'll likely see it was via one of your popular posts.

Your like/reach ratio seems good compared to the ones I manage. On average I don't get much more than 10%, but some posts do excel and go viral. Others may have a different experience.
