How an economy is going to function where people lose their jobs because AI killed their job/market.

If people lose their job, they won't have money to spend. When they don't have money to spend, who is going to buy shit from these large corporations. And when people aren't going to buy things from these large corporations, what are they gonna do with their new AI CEO/CFO/CTO/Writer/Marketer etc.

Please correct me if I am making wrong assumptions about something and share your opinion on how it's going to function

UBI or they will kill us a.k.a former slaves.

However, when AI take over all jobs, people will realize that "jobs" or "working" was never the point or purpose of life or living already.

This AI thing will grow in an evolution way, not overnight and the side problems will be solved on the way.

AI has been always on top anyway, it was probably doing our task asking us who am i. finally found itself ehehe

AI will always require human intervention. Jobs Will be lost but people who will adapt will survive. This has always been a thing. You adapt you overcome.

I think it’ll kill a lot of job roles. Not end them, but more transition from many employees needed to far fewer supervising AI. Highly specialized.

Boss now a days don't need to hire a lot staffs. Just hire a team who is good in programming , coding on AI will do. Over see the AI doing all the jobs. One thing EPIC AI are created by Programmers , coder etc. backend end up their job taken by AI which they created.

AI is now being used in wars as well. I don't think any industry is safe from AI and that even includes growing food.

When industrialization came around people had similar concerns. Some jobs do become obsolete, some jobs are created. People need to adapt to the new landscape.

UBI, reduced population, less work, less rights is ultimately where we are going longterm.

AI should initially assist us with our work but in the long run once it outpaces humans, it will replace their work. You might be safe for decades if you have skilled jobs that require rapid critical thinking and manual work along with management to oversee it but in the long run AI will gradually filter out a large % of jobs.

Yeah alot of AI now is getting out of hand and it's hard to tell what they will do to our jobs in the future
