How Agencies Are Surviving in 2025????

I know it seems difficult for founders to risk their money in hopes of bigger results, but want to hear from growing agency founders / startups also
What services are clients asking for the most?
What’s your strategy when dealing with clients?
Are you using any AI chatbots or automation tools and if so, are they profitable and scalable for your agency?


Really want to know how agency founders handle all this takes both courage and strategy to pull it off......

It takes a lot of guts to put money into your agency's growth, but every good founder learns how to balance smart risks with a long-term plan. Make sure you know what your clients really want, set up a clear way to handle them, and don't be afraid to use automation or AI tools to make your work easier. The most important thing is to be flexible, learn from other founders, and make choices that help you move forward, even when it's hard.

Sadly this is the result of dreams being sold behind some 7.99 course with multiple upsells.
So many shovel sellers to the gold rush finders who seek the nuggets, with the best will in the world.

I did an experiment by opening a store using a well known store front system.
The daily offers pouring in to do everything under the sun with templated drivel (probably guaranteed battle tested too) was sad.
From SEO to paid ads, it became a cess pit.

To the OP, take a look at local business owners on your personal doorstep in the town you are in.
It does not matter what country you are in, except possibly those still on a cash economy at local market levels, but that is where you will find the need you can fulfill.
That is where your answer lives.
That answer will dictate what you need be it AI or whatever which will also answer yur question.
Every 'agency' and town runs very differently dependent on what solutions are needed and the easiest, best and most profitable way of servicing that need.
Take a walk, go look.

There's more agencies than clients nowadays. Therefore we're in a competitive market, clients are switching services weekly. So you just need to stand out from the competition to get the sales.

literally that's a fair point. the market's is really oversaturated only quality and consistency will filter the real ones from the others.

Clients mostly want ads, content and social growth. I use aı for drafts and scheduling, but strategy stays human.

Focus on high value services and automate only repetitive tasks strategy and relationships still drive growth.

Prioritize services that actually move the needle for clients, and use Aı or automation to handle time consuming work without replacing your strategic input.

If you can deliver automation, you'll have a service to sell.

One should target a niche or offer something different from others. Like , I see most agencies charging on spend. A good alternative to differentiate is charge based on sales. Win win for both parties.

Most of them call themselves agencies, but the problem is that like 90% are scammers.
