It depends on what your idea of "max" settings are. Phone and email do not need to be USA.

I'm tryin to run 30-50 accounts to promote my SMM page - while also growing the pages for sale in the future.
By max settings i mean around 1k following and 1k likes a day, i run even higher numbers on some of my accounts right now (not on FL cuz it seems buggy with the likes still).

It's dependent upon a number of things like the link, bio, etc..

for like there wouldn't be any problem even with more than 1k, be cautious about following keep it under 1000.
Try to use different hashtags for each post
Try to make very different names for your pages
Don't use obvious botty names
set a different password for each account
use proxy

Wouldn't do a bio link, wouldnt even write anything about go follow; will do it all under the 3 last pics.

Yep will do 1 proxy per account, any recommendation for how old the account should be, etc?
Im looking at buyaccs.com - Instagram.com 2015 is 3$ each. Would this do the job?

Age is so important, I wait at least 6 months to start botting, I couldn't conclude an exact time though
No need to use one proxy for each, connect 3-4 account to one. I did it and have had any problem

How good is an account from 2013 which was dead all this while and suddenly starts posting / following. Try to do small actions for atleast a week or two. Build up slowly.

over 4 years old accounts seem to be the best and last long there no following restrictions....
give one 4 year old account ago , I promise will last ages , don't throw no fake anything at it , just get engagent naturally via facebook comment spamming ....(( use a good niche that heigh , and a host and landing page from ogads or cpagrip , You will bank do it correctly.....))

Yes that should be fine, just avoid using the same bio/name in multiple accounts.

I use 2-3 years old accounts, they work fine, I have some follow blocks thought.
