How aged do accounts have to be?

At least two months with a month of proper warming up. In 2022 IG bands accounts quickly if suspected to be a bot.

- 14 days with the same login session, without a username or name change
- 9 or more images with 10 likes on the last 3 of them
- 30 followings and 30 followers

This will make your account strong, phone verified will increase trust score, emails seems to not affect anything.

That said, you must use mixed actions, e.g. if you will only spam DMs - it will be action limited anyways.

Part of it looks just like a guess? I mean the photos and likes part at least.

Why would a username change or name change be a bad thing?

No, I tested this myself, there is a difference. Somehow engagement matters. I might be wrong about specifics, e.g. perhaps it does not matter if last 3 pics needs it but any of 3 if you have 9, that might be a case as well.

Same as for followers/followings, Ive tested both scenarios and interesting is that followings matters.

This comes from Instagram API, there are signs that both of these things are built into trust score.

What's your suggestion on when to change the username (considering you HAVE to change it)?
