How ads appear on popads networks

Hi, I just registered a web page on popads networks, such as popads (dot) net and popcash (dot) net, and I have questions about how the ads appear.
I chose the CPM payment system, but I was seeing that unless the visitor clicks somewhere on my website the ad does not appear, I expected it to appear as soon as they entered the URL of my website, or that only happens with networks that allow direct link?

PopAds Ad network specializes in browser pop ads. They support only two different types of ads Pop Under and Pop Up Ads.With pop under ads, the ad will pop on the back side of the current browser or window. And with the pop ad, the ad will appear in front of the browser or the window.

Yeah, if it`s popunder, it have to appear when use click somewhere on the site, if popup - then in front. it have to works like that

I believe nowadays you will monetize your traffic better by popunder ads and maybe collecting some push notifications

I've worked with popads as an advertiser and they have popups too. The default option for new campaigns is popunder though, so maybe they don't have many advertisers that use popups.
