How accurate is Keywords Everywhere plugin?

Kwfinder tells me keyword X has 90 searches per month but Keywords Everywhere tells me the same keyword has 320 searches per month, which one is more accurate ?

Both are good.

Are you searching the same area, ie USA only?

What location are you in for your search on Google?

Ohh, that was the problem, my bad, I fixed this but there is still a big difference of 170 to 320.

I was testing a few random keywords with location set the same for both tools, global or the USA and a lot of them have big differences.

Never used it but have heard it from a friend of mine that its good but its paid...

Do you already have a keyword on SERP 1 e.g. average position between 1-5?
Then you could inspect the number of impressions from google search console for that keyword, and compare it with the numbers from Kwfinder & Keywords Everywhere.

These tools are not accurate, because searches are up and down everymonth.

Yes you can use it as your concern to measure volume prediction...but after that you should use google trend...

You will get the big picture,

I've tested a lot of them, and Keywords Everywhere is the most accurate, just make sure to select the correct country, supported websites from settings and if you don't use it turn it off so you don't waste your credits.

No tool is 100% accurate, not even Google Ads Keyword Planner data. Keyword research tools use two methods for getting keyword search volume

• Google Keyword Planner
• Clickstream
• Combination of both

There is an option of keywords everywhere to use a combination of both (my go to setting). This in theory should be the most accurate tool.

I ignore data most of the time (especially with local keyword research), using your own judgement and Google trends to supplement search volume data is your best bet. For example, in the local SEO game I've seen common home service keywords in areas of 50k+ population which show 0MS. These are terms like painter, plumber, landscaper, electrician and locksmith etc. It's near enough impossible for there to be 0 search demand for these services in this case. The same is true for affiliate terms. Just think, to yourself how common you think the search term is and look at Google Trends for confirmation. Massive niches will have a demand for most keywords.

Search console clicks/impression data is clear evidence of how inaccurate search volume data is. I've had local terms with 0 MS and small populations have 50+ impressions per month.

If you really want, you can get an average search volume across multiple tools but tbh keywords everywhere is pretty good.

Nothing is 100% Accurate. But KeywordsEverywhere is good as cheap solutions.

I always use more tools (Free & Paid) as possible to get Ideas. Then I evaluate the Data for Work.

I haven't used Kwfinder finder in years but I use Keywords Everywhere almost every day and like it. SERPRobot has their own system similar to Keywords Everywhere too but both can give very different predicted search results that are both apparently pulled direct from Google. I think they both build caches of search volumes for large numbers of keywords up and then actually pull from that rather than from Google in real time.

This could explain why Keywords Everywhere can say a term gets x and SERPRobot might say it gets y. Back when it was last added to their cache of stored keywords those were true but the actual checks to Google are months appart so it has changed. This is just my own personal theory of why this happens though, no idea if Kwfinder say they pull from Google or not but this could be the reason this is happening to you too.
