how accurate is estibot?

im looking to sell bigtitties.ca , just wondering how accurate estibot and other free domain appraisal sites are. have you been able to sell for around what they appraised?

has anyone ever paid for a domain appraisal? kinda seems like a waste to me

estibot seems to price it high based on search volumes for the EMD, but the domain is canadian, and estibot is showing global volumes, which is not relevant, since the geo TLD will rank best in canada, not globally.

so you think the price is only accurate for someone in canada? if you rank for big titties that could be big money for someone who knows what there doing, even if it just in canada
