I think it is downing.

I got 1900 hops the day before yesterday, and got 1000 hops yesterday, but now it is just 31 hops.

Now means2014-02-12 7:44AM PST
Current Time 2014-02-12 08:48 AM PST

Very few hops for me too today,i think that CB analytics are not fully updated
 
Same here. I've got zero hops today, 70% of usual yesterday. Just like your case, it went down slowly. I think they are still having technical problems.
 
Yeah mine are messed up as well. I had 0 hops with some order form impressions for some of the products I promote. I actually made a sale without getting a hop.
 
SO what about me get 4 order from server call and no sales and down in hops count also
 
not sure why but my hop count is not changed, cuz it was zero yesterday and its zero today.
 
My first thread ever was posted about this half an hour ago haha. I am so glad I found your thread! My hops were about 5 % of what they should be for yesterday! There must be a delay then, phew!
