How about using same Url link on mutiple accs?

Instagram tend to crack down on duplicate behavior, not just on bio links. use redirection, and rotate content slightly between accounts (not just links).

Yeah, same exact URL across multiple accounts is one of those things you just know can get an account flagged which could lead to stricter measure on those accounts.
You could rotate URLs using a redirect method, custom redirect domains or services like Linktree, through your own cloaker or redirect script. You're call, really. Just make sure each redirect is unique enough that the platform doesn't immediately detect the dup.
Also helps if the landing page isn’t too aggressive or overly generic/spam-like. That might also cause a flagging but I'm not terribly certain on it.

You can use the same link across 4 accounts, while they are on the same IP. Just make sure that you rotate each IP when you save changes. Its fine when the share the IP after.

Instagram may consider this an unusual behavior, you can use your redirect link, cloak link instead of using the same link for multiple accounts

That's a red flag. You need to use different urls on multiple accounts.
