How about namecheap for hosting?

Has anyone tried namecheap for hosting autoblogs. How about for registering domains. I would assume if that service is good the hosting might be good as well.

I have registrered a couple of domains on namecheap but never hosting. They domainservice is okay but I mostly used them because of the cheap prices with some copouns.

For domains they're excellent. I love their free whois guard.

As a domain registrar, they would be my #1 pick. Much better than godaddy and the rest.

I would definitely recommend them for registering domains but i havent tried their hosting.

Plus I think its always wise to separate your domain registrar and web hosting

I agree with keeping your domain registry and hosting separate. I ran into some financial trouble a few years ago and lost 54 domains that dreamhost held hostage for a balance due on hosting.

I have been using namecheap ever since, but won't even consider hosting with them. Currently, I am using eleven2. But I really like the freedom to change hosts now.

Don't use them

If you do, you will regret.

They ask for identification after domain registration if you don't show them they take the domain some got charged for this and what do you think they will do when they receive DMCA?
