how about domain flipping?

Is there value in some of the non .com/.net usualls ? I see a lot of these .tech .io .whatever domain endings.

There is a trick where some sites that are listed on Afternic AND on GoDaddy at the same time can be BINed. Even though the site is not actually for sale, it is just left with a BIN by mistake.

If the domain is also on afternic, then it will transfer immediately and you may have a valuable domain on your hands.
