How a Total newb Started Making $7000 in under 10 hours

Great post. I know that the "just do it" attitude is the way to go. Over analyzing is one of my weak points. Thanks for sharing your story, very inpirational. :)

I actually wanted one of your products... Real Estate is one of my big interest, and if you are who I think you are, we both are from Michigan. I think I've seen you on some real estate forums, Grand Rapids right? Funny to see you pop up here. Good story. Sucks that you said the products are shit, I would have been one upset customer.

That came off wrong I guess, my products that I currently sell are the best, I have had 3 returns out of the last 340 orders. My FIRST product was shit because the format was terrible as far as delivery and audio quality. The content was great.

One thing I refuse to do is come to the market with a subpar product that I wouldn't buy for myself. My philosophy when designing all of my products is that I want to think at the end "I wish I would have known about me before, things would have been way easier".

how did you promote your sites, and got them to your customers?

Holy shit,

I always thought this was a place for chill people who wanted to learn something.

What gain would I have to lie about how much money I was making, there are guys in here making BIG money, if I wanted to lie, I would at least lie big.

Dude about the ebay thing, your brilliance must have lead you to my ebay score and you were right, times have been slower than ever but I still average 700 a month, though in the past 60 days I have only made $1060 selling 1 links with a disc....I would be happy to grab a snag it of it if it means that much to you.

I am glad you brought up the housing panic thing because it reminded me of something that I wanted to say and forgot. My click bank products make NO MONEY, I remember putting them up thinking I would have the world at my finger tips....I have made perhaps $200-$300 between Housingpanicprofits and NegotiationNemesis.com.....By the way I don't have anything to do with the housing panic blog, though I did like the name when I was doing my domain research, that is why I used it...good looking out though

I don't know what the "Java got ya" dude is talking about. I am guessing its a way to inflate your paypal account numbers. Dude, get a life, what on earth would I have to gain by inflating my paypal numbers. If you look closely you can see the end of all of the last names on the video and I don't think that is something you can do with your ninja java move.

Not to mention if you follow my video halfway through you can see the their is $15,000+ in 2checkout sales which your ninja java move would not work on.

I am guessing that those of you who are wasting your time probing around are NOT making any money. Successful people would not waste their time trying to prove other people wrong. They are way to busy making money....

I can see the probes making semi sense if I had something that I was trying to sell you, but all I really have to sell is a little hope to some newbies who are struggling to get started.....

Lastly, I'm sure most of you reading this have heard of projection. If you haven't projection basically means that you project your way of thinking onto the rest of the world.

Bottom line ....The only people who would be dumb enough to think I would lie about something so stupid, Are people who would do it themselves.

...My philosophy is to make products rather than run a million different affiliate strategies...

You mean you're making money by selling something that people actually want to buy? That's so, so, um, white hat. Be careful, you might get your BHW account banned for something like that :D

Thanks Eric for your wonderful post and unselfish sharing of your sites.

I agree. When the ones in this post that are attacking actually find a way to contribute something then good on them. Until then...I would wait to pass judgement so easily. That little 'skillset'' is what is needed to make it in IM and it just clearly shows that some will never be able to do so as they do not have the guts to do anything more then playing some e-whoring games with other men at best. (One can also only assume it has some hidden (or not) homo-erotic enjoyment for them as well)

That said, I see only one poster doing the same thing in this thread that I previously had more respect for. He produces fine software. But it goes to show you that technical expertise will never replace analysis or social skills. Anyone can outsource some software development.

Thanks Eric...I understand your "message" and appreciate your sharing. Please do not let a few mostly very unsuccessful members discourage you from sharing with ones that are not disparaging you. Where I am from..we call them "losers", in this case some both figuratively as well as literally.

I'm familiar with Eric in the real estate world, being that
I frequent a certain real estate forum he posts on. (I post under a different name there).
I've interacted with him and I'll even venture over to his blog every
now and then. So I can vouch for him and his character.
I will say this though, even though he makes a decent dime with his products,
I'm pretty sure he makes TONS MORE in his real estate deals.

He's just simply showing that anyone that takes action is way ahead
of the masses.

Thanks for sharing, Eric.

My philosophy is to make products rather than run a million different affiliate strategies....I like making my own products because then instead of getting paid 50% of some elses fee for selling a product, I keep 100% of my own, or pay affiliates 50%...but once it's done, it's done.

This is an important point. Instead of being the guy that makes 50% for promoting someone else's product, why not be the guy that owns that product and have an army of "a guy that makes 50% for promoting" YOUR product.

Make money in your sleep. Beats all the ideas on affiliate marketing out there.

Thanks for the share Eric. I think that this is a perfect market to be in. Most people are lazy, they want the easiest way to the top. Like you said act like an authority and people will be eating out of your hand. I know I've fallen for the sales pitch more than once. After you get the product and the " warranty " expires, you realize that you're no better off than you where when you first bought the product. With all the PLR crap that is floating around in BHW it would be so easy to create a book or a "system"

Nice Eric. Maybe this will encourage people to go to a library and borrow a book, turn that into a product.

i DID THE SAME THING BUT INSTEAD i GOT MY ASS DOWN RITING ALL THE STUFF

How to create a killer sales page? Anybody? Can we outsource? I am not good at designing webpages.. :(

makes sense
seems like more ppl sell marketing as a product
than actually sell products

Your first web page is actually much better than you give it credit. Many sites of the same era were horrendous.

BTW, great share and keep up the good work.
