Thanks to everyone for the information provided. One thing I see that most people are having major issues with is proxies. My solution to this is Data Cards from a wireless carrier as an ISP. With mine, each time I connect and reconnect it changes my IP. I have used several IP tracking services to check this. And every time I log on, just using Google for personal use, it has my location spread all across the USA.
The only downside to this that I have seen is that certain IP sites do list the carrier under the location. My question is if there is any way to legally track back to a PC from this? I'm sure if the offense was large enough, the government could subpoena the carrier to provide the information tied to that IP for that specific day or time(s), and cross reference the similarities between the different IPs. Though with something as minute as this, that should not be a problem.
I plan on doing everything explained in this thread. Thanks again for the amazing information. One word of advice to anyone starting out, I would suggest not using the sites that the OP has listed as a way of gaining true traffic but only to build up the look of your account, at your own risk. (No offense Console, my reasoning for this has been addressed by another member further up, I appreciate all the info you have provided) I have used three of the sites listed and monitoring the followers and following for each account. A large majority are sales accounts, fake accounts, and spammers (BHers too I'm sure). For legit traffic and potential sales, with the risk of higher CTR%, finding genuine people manually or automated.
