Hover domain service- any good?

Anyone know if the company Hover I'd good for domains?

I'm doing research for a company and wondering if anyone thinks they're good or better to stick with a company like Namecheap for domains?

I just started using Hover as of a few weeks ago. They seem solid. Their UI is very user friendly and the color scheme is pleasant on eyes. Their customer service was also quick to respond to my questions.

Edit: and they give free whois privacy.

They are pretty good actually and have awesome and really helpful support. Can recommend.
