First time thread poster! I'm currently working on a couple of offline marketing ideas (based around the hospitality industry) as well as working full time in a Government job.
My partner and I are moving into a new housing estate in approximately 9 months and I thought I'd pick the brains of BHW for some ideas.
The estate will compromise of 100-150 new houses, ranging in price from $450,000 to $1.5mil. I'd like to brainstorm with BHW some ideas on what services or products could be sold to a housing estate. There are quite a few threads on here which have been really helpful, but nothing for new houses/housing estates. I'd like to stay away from affiliate offers (things like home/car/boat/contents insurance) and would like to deal directly with the end consumer.
I've considered roasting coffee and selling it throughout the estate, however the area isn't zoned for any light commercial and I'd have to lease a garage.
What's the best BHW can come up with?
