House Rent Email List

I have a 150.000 USA email list with people that are looking to rent a house or an appartment. I did work for a big rental company and these people contacted me by email in the last 2+ years, the list is 80% active and I`m wondering how can I monetize it.

If you would have it, how you would promote it?

Edit : I did sent a email to 10.000 persons if they are still looking for a house and aproximate 70% responded back that they still looking and the rest of %30 that they already found one.

Split them into geo-demographic groups and sell them to letting agencies.

How fresh is this list? Do you update it? if you have people who rented/bought already then why not find a home welcome or house warming affiliate and push product or subscriptions towards their way while making $ for it

I started gather them 2 years ago and i stopped few months ago.

This is a good idea, and to those who haven't found you could promote offers to them that relate in helping them find. Other than that if you have the time you might be able to help close some deals, or just sell the leads.
