Are there hourly limits on how many people you can follow/unfollow on Twitter? If so, what are they?
i dont think there is
Here you have article about Twitter limits: https://support.twitter.com/articles/15364#
And here is about Following rules and best practices: https://support.twitter.com/articles/68916#
In short, there is no hour limits, but you have to reckon with the fact that your actions will be subject to ongoing monitoring and any suspicious activity may be considered abusive actions.
I believe you have to add natural behaviour. Not just adding a static number.
If you have a script just add a random function from a minimum and maximum so some days you follow 200, others 363, others 434, and so forth, you wont raise any flags like that.
I have a 3 month old account and I unfollow about 500 per day at once, and follow anywhere from 300-1,000 per day, normally half in the morning when I wake up, and the other half before going to sleep.
