In short, there is no hour limits, but you have to reckon with the fact that your actions will be subject to ongoing monitoring and any suspicious activity may be considered abusive actions.

I believe you have to add natural behaviour. Not just adding a static number.
If you have a script just add a random function from a minimum and maximum so some days you follow 200, others 363, others 434, and so forth, you wont raise any flags like that.
