ZennoPoster is very complicated and expensive...I can't even tell if it can automate hotmail creation with automatic rotating proxies and manual captcha (NOT decaptcha)...seems like it's supported by Russian developers and I don't know any. ZennoPoster seems more like SEO product than hotmail creator
I actually just created one of these with ZennoPoster today.
It is multithreaded. Each thread gets its own proxy. The forum has an english section for english help. You can choose either manual captcha or automated.
Zenno can automate ANYTHING you do in a web browser. It's really very powerful. PM me if you have any other questions about it. I would be happy to answer.

why using manual when you can automated chaptcha
Because I don't have money for decaptcha. It costs money for automatic
