I have been having this issue This days, even when trying to send an email to any sort of address such as yahoo, gmail, or aol The exact message is, "Please verify your account. We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you, we've temporarily blocked your account."

Have you signed in and verified? Happens to me often if I don't use an account regularly.

I think you need to verify your
hotmail account with a phone numbers.
That's what I have notice lately with my
hotmail accounts.

Already verified when i create Hotmail Accounts............

Yep！ Verifi your email with a phone number.

IF you use the one ph number though, for multiple a/c's does this create an issue?
