Hotmail account reader

Hi everybody, is out there a software that can show the email body with for example a working html link in them (so clickable) logging in automatically using a list of usernames and passwords and if possible to autosend certain emails to another email if the first option is not available? the forwarding is unfortunately disabled on many hotmail accounts now.
