Hotlink Enable create problem for Ranking?

Currently I have enable hotlink protection through cloud flare for images. When I Search in Google those images. I found that come from my website page.

But when I inspect through chrome. And see console error. It is showing "forbidden access to image".

Can anyone give his feedback on above query?

Also, there is one more issue I found on the cached version of page.

When I see cached version on my website page it is showing alt text only not visible images.

Is cloud flare hot link protection anyone here are using?

Can anyone help me, which method are you using for hotlink protection?

Code in htaccess or Cloudlare or Any other?
