Hot vs cold crypto wallet?

Cold wallets are always safer. There is no guarantee that a company will not go bankrupt.

Long term & bigger amounts always go into a cold (hardware) wallet. I do hold a smaller amount across hot wallets like trustwallet to be able to make quick payments without having to connect my ledger and whatnot.
