Hot to make a torrent

So this is what I did
Opened uTorrent
Clicked "Create new torrent"
Added trackers
Saved a .torrent file
"Uploaded torrent to piratebay, mininova etc"
But I have no seeders, not even I'm seeding
On mininova (I think) it says it was downloaded 200 times, but no seeds, no leeches
What do I do?
And how do I portforward
This is what I tried:
Opened CMD
entered "ipconfig"
found my gateway address
entered it in browser
then it asks for a username and password
What are those username and password (I tried entering my rooter username and password but it doesn't accept them)

Did you download the torrent file yourself from one of the trackers after uploading it?

You set up port forwarding in your router. Have you logged into the router before? I'd guess either your username and password are wrong or maybe you aren't logging in to the right place.
