Hot Stuff

Lived in the middle east for a while and it was 38 C (dry) almost everyday in the summer.

Here it was over 40 for 3 days straight.

The water in the pool is so warm that it makes you feel sick!

I live in a place wherein one year the weather changes by as much as 70+ degrees, winters are up to -30, and summer over 40+.

The worst was 2007, one of the hottest summers in history, I was in the army, full war equipment on me for 12 hours a day plus 20/30 kilograms of various things in my backpack.

Once in a week, there was a 5-minute bath.

You take a bath and start sweating the same second!

Yeah... Not sure what I hate more, summer with days like this or winters...

Gin tonic

I hate summer more for sure. If it's cold, you can wear proper clothes, so you aren't cold anymore. When it's hot, you can't do too many things outside to not feel hot.

Yeah, true... I can't stand warm nights when I'm sweating non-stop, worst feeling.

Serbia, Europe.

Don't forget the humidity!! Specially in the coastal parts. Becomes unbearable at times.
It remains humid even at mid-night. I stayed outside my home for an hour in the evening (after the sunset). My clothes became wet with sweat. This is getting worse year after year.

BTW congrats for the Jr Exec VIP. At least this time mods chose active members for Exec's. Otherwise we wouldn't even know who got promoted :D

that's just the beginning, this year will be the weirdest year ever, and the number will double in August, in some countries, ...

Hhhhhh 38 is hot?
For Western Europe on the first day of July at 4.30pm it's going some.

Mid July and all of August we average about 42 here throughout the day, but was up to high 40s last year for a week or so.

I think hottest place I've been was Dubai one August when it was over 53

That's normal where I live, It's a nightmare...
