If you got penalized for posting your link on those blogs, then everyone and their mother would be doing it to their competitors, as many people have said time and time again. Either use them directly on your site - or point them at second and third tier links. The latter is probably more useful then the former.

It is where you create a Web 2.0 property which links to your main site. You then build all the scrapebox links to the Web 2.0.
