Hostwinds - Where YOU need to be!

Hello everybody. I've been using a hosting company called "Hostwinds" for some time now, and it is honestly the BEST hosting company I've ever come accross! They're extremely reliable, quick in setup time, and have OUTSTANDING customer service (not to mention a 24/7 live support chat). I've used a countless amount of web hosts in the past, and none of them can even slightly compare to the service I've gotten at Hostwinds. I would 110% recommend that you try out Hostwinds, I am certain that the decision would be an outstanding choice for a web host, which you will not regret. I would also like to give a personal shoutout to these few Support Agents over at Hostwinds: Toni Fritz, Nathan Powers, Kestutis Sulcas, John Low, Michael Armstrong and Simon Alby. These six Support Agents have been exceptional in providing me support when I needed it. I would also like to thank Hostwinds for providing me such a great service, and I hope to be apart of your company for years to come!

What an embarrasing post from somebody that works at Hostwinds. Makes me cringe.....
 
I've seen some negative posts about Hostwinds but I will now never even consider using them and it is because of this thread
 
I even think this post looks fishy, doing some internal research to see if any of our staff wrote this review.

We have an internal reward system when staff members get public props, however, it has to be legit and unasked for. This looks like neither.


On the flip side, if this is an honest review, we are happy that you like our service :)
 
Just to note: This is a HONEST review. I wasn't paid, nor am I a staff member at Hostwinds. I just want to let others know about this particular hosting company, since I've found it to be the best of the best.

Then why did you post it here of all places if you weren't even a member? Something is very off about this thread

I think your new trainee had too much Red Bull on his break and gone a little overboard.
 
I only started using hostwinds a couple weeks ago. And i must say i think the service is brilliant. Especially customer care.
 
Once you reach their "resource usage" you will be automatic transferred to VPS (like me).
Support is 10/10.
 
I checked out their site now. Looks like they have a new design now. Well, they had a server status page before which showed the uptime percentage back then.

I dont see it now though. Probably they have been removed for good. I have only heard about their downtimes. And this type of threads are killing their reputation over and over.
 
"I would 110% recommend that" - always thought that 100% was the max; back to school for me to learn some math.
